Director

With over 20 years in the legal field, I’ve encountered a wide range of cases and situations. As I often say, “I have seen shine and I have seen rain. I have seen days that I thought would never end.” This wealth of experience allows me to navigate even the most complex legal challenges effectively.

Court Admissions

Indiana Supreme Court

I am admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Local Courts

My practice extends to all Indiana State and County courts, all federal courts (Northern and Southern districts), and all Bankruptcy courts (Northern and Southern districts).

Education

  • B.S. Chemistry, Morris Brown College
  • MBA, Cleveland State University
  • J.D., Cleveland Marshall College of Law

Inventor

In addition to my legal career, I’m also a patented inventor. Prior to my law career, I worked as a Research Chemist for Standard Oil of Ohio (now BP). During this time, I invented a chemical process that was granted a U.S. patent.

My Patent

  • Title: Preparation of 3-methyl pyridine from 2-methylglutaronitrile
  • U.S. Patent Number: 5,066,809

This unique background in chemistry and innovation provides me with a distinctive perspective that I bring to my legal practice, especially in cases involving technical or scientific elements.
